Prices
Prices are in euros per person and night, not including visitors tax of € 4.00 per person and night! The price includes:

Rich breakfast buffet
Use of wellness area
Parking space for one car per room

Short stay
For short stays up to three nights we charge an extra fee.

    1 night +10 %
    2 nights +5 %
    3 nights +3 %

Check-in / Check-out
You can check in from 4 p.m. and check out until 10 a.m.

Down payment
To confirm the booking we require a down payment of € 200.00 per person.

Cancellation

In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the entire reservation period is due for payment. In case of cancellation the Austrian cancellation conditions apply
2 month before the day of arrival => 0 % of the total price of the stay
from one month before the day of arrival => 40 % of the total price of the stay
up to 1 week before the day of arrival => 70 % of the total price of the stay
in the last week before the arrival date => 90 % of the total price of the stay.
We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance with the Europäischen Reiserücktrittsversicherung (Covid19 scheme included).

Payment
You may pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC Card, Master Card or Visa.

Child discount
Child discount for children staying in the room of their parents:

up to 3 years - no charge
up to 12 years - 50% discount
up to 15 years - 30% discount

Pets
You may bring your pet free of charge. Please do let us know in advance if you bring a pet.

In case of additional expenses or damage to the equipment we allow to charge this.

Internet
We offer an internet corner in the lobby and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Ski passes
Ski passes can be purchased directly in the hotel.
